Sex Positive Therapy
Sexual health is an often-overlooked aspect of overall well-being. Despite its importance, sexuality remains a taboo subject for many, leaving it feeling complicated and misunderstood. As a result, exploring our sexuality tends to be one of the last needs we prioritize. From a sex-positive approach, I create a safe space where we can openly discuss those taboo topics and address “the elephant in the room.” There are many myths surrounding sex and sexuality that have been deeply ingrained in our beliefs for generations. Sex therapy offers an opportunity to challenge and reshape these beliefs, helping individuals create a healthier, more authentic understanding of their sexuality that aligns with their true values and well-being.
Some issues related to sexuality that I work with are:
- Religion/Spirituality
- Shame around sexuality
- Low desire/Issues reconnecting to your sexuality
- Issues/concerns around sexual functioning
- Navigating Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) relationship styles
- Exploration around a kinky identity

Partner Therapy
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful—and most challenging—parts of our lives. Partner/Couples therapy is a space where you and your partner(s) can slow down, reconnect, and build new ways of understanding and supporting one another.
Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, sexual disconnect, cultural differences, neurodivergent dynamics, or the impact of past trauma, our work together will center compassion, curiosity, and mutual growth.
Using integrative approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), IFS for couples and mindfulness. I help couples better understand their patterns, reconnect emotionally, and co-create the kind of relationship they actually want—not just the one they’ve defaulted into.
This is a collaborative space where all parts of you—and your relationship—are welcome. Let’s work toward something better—together.
